      - Company is small enough to handle smaller client needs - Company is small enough to still benefit from a close knit team

      - Company is too small and inexperienced to handle mid to large size businesses - Lack of experiences makes it difficult to effectively service clients needs.

      Pros

      The work is challenging and I love supporting my customer. The Company supports me and the owners and my managers are good people. They work hard to communicate openly and am aware that the Company has transitioned and is also winning some nice new contracts. We also do lunch and learn sessions and they pay attention to teambuilding.

      Cons

      Its a small business but our leaders have lots of bigger company experience and are very helpful and supportive of me & all employees.
