Sometimes not much work to do

I have never worked in such a completely toxic environment. I have never felt less valued. I have never had to work with people who so blatantly make you feel worthless. AccelerateRPA has a toxic culture at its core, and I would never recommend that anyone ever consider working with them. This all stems from the founder and CEO - someone who will lie to you every day, never admit accountability for any problems, and use you as a human-shaped machine for making him money. You can expect to be discriminated against if you spend slightly too long getting a coffee, for example. You can expect absolutely no clarity or communication on your performance or your career progression. For such a small company, it’s amazing how little you can know about its inner-workings. All this because, as I say, you are no more than a money-making hobby for the CEO, who lets you share no pleasure or pride in anything you do whilst at AccelerateRPA. Jobs in RPA are abundant right now - you can find a job at literally any other company and I guarantee you that it will pay better, provide more satisfying work, labour fewer hours whilst being more productive, get more holiday, have better benefits, and receive real training.
