They desperately need to improve their job training. The first three months after I was hired, I felt like I was not supported and the lack of training contributed to poor work output. When they hire you, the training is very minimal and I believe new employee's performances and product would improve greatly with structural support, such as the implementation of a long-term "training bootcamp". I also would have liked to shadow current staff for an extended period of time
Micromanagers. Don’t care about your breaks, working late hours, work life balance doesn’t exist. No culture. The best they have are these stupid meditation emails that don’t even make sense because we have no time to take them. We want flexibility and work life balance.
