Pros
As far as work goes, this is a great place! The team is very fun, lots of socials, off-sites, team days out. Everyone is collaborative. A very exciting time to be here, with exciting digital products as well as really top tier and difficult consulting projects. Loads of big projects including complex pricing, something you definitely don't find at most other places. Juniors get hands dirty early on. Hours are not nearly as bad as other comparable consultancies. Quite a flat structure and everyone is approachable. Flexible working, no formal in office requirements! Clear progression path and very competitive salary
Cons
Standards are very high and management expects excellence, but you learn a lot through this. Most of the team is very collaborative and happy to pitch in as needed. Q4 can be tough but it all balances out and people support each other
