Pros

I was employed by Access Infinity for three years. As my first graduate-entry role, Access Infinity provided excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development. The Managing Directors were excellent mentors, providing teaching and guidance to ensure all final deliverables were to a high standard. This ensured all outputs were aligned with the Company's reputation for impeccable quality, with thoughtful and strategic insights. I am extremely grateful for the myriad of learning opportunities this role provided. I was able to attend and represent the Company at international conferences; be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from proposal building, planning the methodology, leading primary and secondary research, building final deliverables and giving presentations to senior leadership. It also had excellent career progression - I was promoted twice within 2 years. In terms of company culture, it certainly had the 'buzz' of a small consultancy company. There were frequent social events which allowed for colleagues to get to know one another, and form even stronger professional relationships. This made for a highly collaborative environment, where colleagues were encouraged to get involved in different aspects of the business, such as branding, pitch decks, consulting tools, website design and marketing.

Cons

As the company is so popular with their clients, there are periods of the year when it is busier than others. For employees with effective time-management, this shouldn't be a problem.

Pros

Company really does have some great assets and people. Interesting projects and leading in the AI front with the likes of NURO

Cons

Culture varies across offices and personal experience is heavily dependent on rapport with line managers

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you encountered behaviour that fell short of the standards we expect from any member of our team, especially those in leadership roles. No one should feel spoken down to, dismissed, or subjected to unprofessional conduct at work, and we take feedback like this extremely seriously. We recognise that individual experiences are often shaped by the relationship with a line manager. That said, the behaviours you’ve described do not reflect the values we stand for, nor the environment we are committed to creating. To ensure colleagues always have a safe and confidential route to raise concerns, we work with an independent HR Manager, Lucy, who you can find in our email directory. Your review indicates you are a current employee and so we encourage you to utilise this reporting channel so that it can be properly investigated and addressed. We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses conduct like this to use that channel so we can take action swiftly.

Pros

Leadership team is well known, involved in all aspects of a project and get hands-on training and mentorship through projects

Cons

Being a company that rapidly grew in the past few years, some processes are still evolving and fluid which can be bit confusing for new comer
