Fully remote so can technically work from anywhere, like the patient acuity

Cons

Stagnant pay, benefit erosion, too many weekends and holidays and swing shifts required

Pros

The ability to work from home and have equipment provided.

Cons

Micromanaged by those who have no knowledge of your role. No 401K matching. No bonuses. No opportunities for growth. Unevenly distributed workload. Employees are not valued and treated like numbers. Unethical practices on the operations side. Work was being outsourced to third-parties oversees without clinicians’ knowledge.

Pros

Flexible time off Pay was decent for remote work

Cons

This company has so much potential to be great but unfortunately is lacking experienced leadership in multiple departments. They are also frequently restructuring roles, departments, and leaders. Constant cycle of reoccurring issues without successful resolution. Chaotic, unstructured, unaccountable and ambiguous workplace where toxic positivity thrives. Be wary of snakes in the grass.
