During my time working with the India team, I observed that career progression and internal growth were limited. Talented and dedicated employees often find themselves stuck in the same roles without any clear path to move forward.
There were also employees who expressed interest in exploring other facets of Human Resources beyond recruitment—such as employee relations, HR operations, or business partnering—but unfortunately, they were never given the opportunity, and no clear reason or explanation was provided. This lack of transparency and support further discouraged professional development and left many feeling undervalued.
Moreover, there were frequent new implementations introduced under the guise of “process enhancements,” but many of them were unnecessary and simply added to the workload without delivering real improvements. These changes often felt more like busywork than innovation, causing frustration among the team and pulling focus away from core priorities.
