Pros

They give all the flexibility to the employees but don't provide any resource

Cons

They don't pay salaries timely. They always try to motivate the employees that with cheesy words, this is the last month we will pay salaries on time, we are a family. So, the choice is yours.

Pros

The work environment here is genuinely positive and comfortable. The office culture is friendly and welcoming, and there’s a lot of flexibility in how work is managed. The office setup is well organized and makes day-to-day work easier. Management is supportive and approachable, and colleagues are always helpful and cooperative. It doesn’t feel like a typical corporate office; there’s no unnecessary pressure or office politics, which makes it a healthy and stress-free place to work.

Cons

As a growing company, some processes are still evolving, which also creates opportunities for learning and improvement. Many freshers join as Associates, and for some, the role helps clarify career expectations early on. This leads to a slightly higher attrition rate, which is understandable given the current job market situation in Bangladesh and the company’s rapid growth.
