The leadership team is empathetic and less demanding than at most companies. While they balance the needs of the business with those of their employees, they do so without resorting to toxic practices. The role offers significant flexibility, autonomy, and is fully remote.

Like most startups, it's a little messy and disorganized, and it's hard to align on priorities sometimes
