      The coworkers are decent and hardworking people.

      This is to any future perspective employees of Acromag Inc. Think twice before applying for a position at this company. With this agreement if signed may kill your career before it starts, especially due to the EXCESSIVELY STRONG wording and the scope of this agreement. Do your research on the state law concerning the Non-Compete Agreement and weigh what is an acceptable risk to your livelihood.

      401k, health ins, HSA, monthly employee lunches, childcare help, free coffee

      Cons

      pay is below par. i hear even the best raises are small. morale seems low as of the last few months. and this is probably why: I was told during my annual review that of the 8 things we're scored on (rated 1-5), no one EVER gets a 5. Why have it then? it's demoralizing to know that the company feels that no one is considered a role model at anything they do and it certainly doesn't inspire confidence.
