Lots of freedom. Decent pay for what you are asked to do.

Cons

Zero management, guidance, accountability. Management was somewhat of a revolving door and there was basically no one to help you train or give you direction if you had questions. Very much a, "figure it out and just try to stay busy" type of environment.

Pros

This company is a great place to learn a lot of different areas of technology. It is fast paced and high pressure. You will get a good sense of how to accomplish the business goals while also learning how to manage yourself and upwards in terms of expectations. Travel to the USA is a possibility.

Cons

This company has a high level of politics and often gets in the way of progress in my opinion. As a senior looking to further my career, I was able to deliver very little as it did not align to the political aspirations of the leaders of the company. There is a very high staff turnover with a heavy atmosphere for culture.
