Lots of freedom. Decent pay for what you are asked to do.
Cons
Zero management, guidance, accountability. Management was somewhat of a revolving door and there was basically no one to help you train or give you direction if you had questions. Very much a, "figure it out and just try to stay busy" type of environment.
