Pros

people in the industry recognize the name but its not positive- (seems like a lot of people have interned here and had similar bad experiences).

Cons

extremely low pay, no overtime which might even be illegal for how little they pay staff, poor benefits, no work life balance, rude coworkers, toxic from top down starting with adam and the creative director, you'll likely have to front a lot of money each month for anything they make you do and fight to get expenses back which may not be on your next paycheck depending on cashflow that month. not really respected in the rest of the industry as a successful company due to the known issues. nothing is planned, there's no budget to make anything look nice or feel luxurious but that will be considered your fault, even the sample sales were too embarrassing to invite other industry professionals to. turnover is extremely high and even if you stay they probably hate you either to your face or behind your back. no bonuses and raises are minimal if they happen which i have yet to hear someone get a raise. always drama between depts. creative director throws huge fits regularly at anyone and everyone in his path at that moment. no one has your back and they do not care nor really want you to succeed because then they look like failures. they'll talk about you behind your back even long after you're gone, things will still be your fault (heard it about other people and from coworkers to me after i left). interns are used as errand runners and sometimes work extreme hours and do tasks that should be for paid employees. unpaid interns also have access to sensitive personal information about employees. truly a nightmare.

Pros

Started out great. Some people were amazing to work with but then you see the truth.

Cons

Horrible leadership from the very top. Run away. The only thing that makes this brand sparkle is the actual designers and the clients who buy it. Everything else needs a complete revamp, and executive leadership needs to really remove themselves from business management and stop with this petty drama and jealousy of clients and God forbid the staff makes commission on a warranted sale. What leadership takes away client relationships from their sales team? The most toxic leadership I’ve ever worked for.
