Bosses micromanaging staffs be it managers or executives. That’s what the staffs turnover rate is very high. Cctv everywhere and bosses do check on cctv to monitor staffs movements and etc. Office has a big shrine that can consider bigger then some temple. Office is very dusty and full of junks. The chairs are the most dangerous ones with the age of more than 10 yrs. Unwanted or out of order office equipments are all over the corners. Carpets has not been washed or sterilised since the company started about 20+ yrs. Staffs need to buy their own bottled drinking water as there is no water dispenser in the office. It is a very old building with only one cubicle each for male/female/handicapped toilet. Cubicles are always dirty and smelly. Even the common sink too can be very dirty. In the event if the toilet is occupied, will need to go up or down to use other storey’s toilet. One of the passenger always breakdown. More and more cons.
