Pros

Positive environment, virtual work, so a lot of independence over my own schedule. Managers are positive, warm and helpful.

Cons

None so far. Starting salary band was a bit low, but hoping for a change soon.

Do not waste your time. The interview process itself is very lengthy with demands for extensive assignments that include in depth strategy and time. There isn't any cohesiveness between the leadership team on the issues they have within the company. The job descriptions are not clear with the expectations from the role. They don't know what they want. Family business which is chaotic and highly micromanaged. Toxic culture. No value for peoples time. Run for your life! They're also very rude and dismissive with a know it all attitude.
