Management too focus on their KPI and being inconsiderate towards and squeeze as much as possible from staff. Making whole like family business vibes

The management and the HR does not stick to its words. When I left the company in June, I was promised a bonus amount that would be credited with my salary. After a month, they only credited the salary and not the bonus citing that the policies around bonus have changed. The pay is substantially lower compared to the market. Diversity is less.
