Loosing massive market share in the cutthroat payments space. Leadership does not have a clue on what comes next and what strategies ti follow, and just relies on finding revenue on adhoc basis. Too many leaders that has been with the amalgamated companies, Sueeswipe, innervation etc. They are important to the business, but haven't delivered anything substantial and has lost major accounts. Advice to exco. Get more forward thinking leaders.
