      Handful of passionate individuals that makes work more bearable.

      Cons

      Ostrich culture, see no evil, hear no evil, hence no evil. Products quality being exploited repeatedly and nothing important or feedbacked by customer is on priority. Realistic and logical reasoning often ignored because everyone is wrong except for the sacred roundtable. Do not expect a culture of excellence.. if you do..RUN.. like I did. Learning and functioning much more now doing work rather than pleasing a boss full time.

      If you’re looking for a textbook toxic work environment, look no further. Leadership team has zero moral compass and filled with greed. The current recall could have been completely avoided if there was any sort of interest in doing the right thing. Don’t forget that they will dangle the carrot of equity or promotion to manipulate you into staying quiet. They will only ever reward those who kiss the ring. People constantly throw others under the bus and get rewarded, and you wonder why there is high turnover.
