We are very sorry to hear that you felt this way during your time with us and we will take your comments to heart as we explore opportunities to improve moving forward to be sure our current and future team members never feel this way. We do greatly value all of our employees hard work on a daily basis to make this organization great. We could never provide the superior customer experience we do without each of our incredible employees and the great work that they do every day. We are sorry to hear that you did not feel your efforts were adequately appreciated and we will seek ways to be sure that's communicated more clearly and more often so that each employee knows exactly how respected and valued they all are.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear that you had positive interactions with you fellow coworkers. We do make a great effort to be sure that we're bringing in the right people to the organization to create a positive work experience between team members. As for the expectations being too high and salary to low; I'm sorry if the expectations for your role weren't adequately outlined prior to your employment. We really do try our best to be sure everyone starting with us has a clear understanding of what the role entails and exactly what the expectations are to succeed in that role. Salary is also agreed upon prior to employment, so we're sorry to hear that what was agreed upon was not sufficient for your needs. We do recognize that our office locations in Southern California bring an added living expense due to factors well beyond our control, but we do pay well above industry standards for all of our positions as compiled by an association of similar organizations across the country in order to offset that higher living cost. We are always on the lookout for opportunities to advance our employees, but it is reliant on opportunity (position openings) and fit; being with us less than a year was likely just not enough time for us to have the right opportunity for you to advance come along. We're sorry that things were not able to work out better for you here at Advanced, but we do wish you the best of luck as your career continues.
