Pros
Some of the staff members are great. Management is not.
Cons
Extremely low pay for the work and skills expected. ASD pays 50-60 % less than the market rate. Not sure what management is thinking, but they will never be able to retain good talent in this manner. Emails to our ASD Management are rarely returned. Seems like they do not even care of responding.
