      Low pay. Management does not respond to emails.

      Pros

      Some of the staff members are great. Management is not.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay for the work and skills expected. ASD pays 50-60 % less than the market rate. Not sure what management is thinking, but they will never be able to retain good talent in this manner. Emails to our ASD Management are rarely returned. Seems like they do not even care of responding.

      Pros

      Employee-friendly company tries to accommodate needs of individual employees. Most employees are consultants working on government sites; minimum company interactions other than compensation & benefits. Longevity: Company is 35 years old. One-third of employees have been employed here over ten years; two-third of employees over five years.

      Cons

      Small business with limited internal growth opportunities. Most employees remain in the same position throughout employment. Benefits are competitive, but limited due to the size of the company. Recent growth problems including transition to Deltek time reporting and ADP payroll are being addressed.
