      Pros

      It is a unique workplace that provides growth opportunities for all, a true sense of belonging with a culture and values that it delivers. Actually, that doesn't do AA justice working here for me isn't just a job, it's a place I get to do things that I love with great people and they pay me to do it.

      Cons

      The other reviews cover this, the company is small and relatively young, so has issues with some processes... but it doesn't try to hide any of this and involves people in getting this right, and is always improving.
