Great Part-Time Job for College Students

Adventure Club offers college students a nearby part-time job with flexible hours to work into their class schedule. I really enjoyed working with the kids and as a Site Facilitator, I got paid a little more to organize the site's schedule, send parent newsletters, attend trainings, etc. I'd recommend this job to any student that enjoys working with kids and needs a few hours of work for extra cash.
Cons
While the staff are flexible with your schedule requests, the nature of a before-and-after school program is that the only hours are early in the morning or later in the afternoon, so I could see that not working with some schedules. However, it worked great for mine personally. You can also have some difficult parents, but that's the nature of working with kids in any field.
