If you consider Management lying in your face a pro, then that will be the only pro.
Cons
Top heavy and the management is full of glorified old car salesmen getting fat paychecks doing nothing to advance the company or the employees but have numerous strategic/leadership meetings to make themselves important and justify their existence. Projects are bidded cheaply. Overselling of experience leads to problems when it comes to project delivery. Long hours with no bonus and increments although targets are met. Management will squeeze you dry; you feel like a sweatshop labourer. Support departments also make your life a living hell. Not a place you want to work in.
