Pros

Work - Life Harmony. Great benefits - Free parking, Medical Reimbursement, Clothing Allowance, Rice subsidy, Performance bonus and Annual Salary increase. Flexible work arrangement = 1x a week RTO.

Cons

Global management presence is not strongly felt at the operational level, leading to a disconnect between strategic direction and day-to-day execution. Local (PH) management tends to implement decisions primarily based on ELT direction, with limited consideration of the impact on employees and operational realities. The “People First” principle is not consistently reflected in actions and decision-making, resulting in a gap between stated values and employee experience. It just became a loosely used tagline. While processes are widely communicated as “ITIL-aligned,” actual execution appears fragmented, with teams operating in silos rather than following integrated service management practices. Performance management lacks consistency and fairness. High-performing and dependable employees often carry a disproportionate workload, While employees with frequent escalations are reassigned to less demanding accounts without undergoing formal performance improvement processes (PIP). These challenges contribute to reduced morale, perceived inequity, and inefficiencies in service delivery. Addressing these gaps would significantly improve both employee engagement and operational effectiveness.

Pros

- The food is pretty good - Extra vacation days - Steep learning curve

Cons

- Trust between management and employees has deteriorated, largely due to broken promises and a lack of accountability and transparency. - The workplace environment has also become increasingly hostile, driven by a combination of layoffs and quiet firing practices. - Cross-functional collaboration on projects often feels less like teamwork and more like competing sides engaged in a strategic game, each trying to make the other lose. - More often than not, you hear management openly talking badly about employees and customers in front of everyone

Pros

Nice colleagues, salary is quite okay

Cons

They have decided out of nowhere that they will close the HU site and move the work for CZ. They have ruined more then 70 people and their family. They told it is over but they still cannot tell what is our last day exactly. They abandoned hardworking people who support their families with a decision that came completely out of nowhere. They deceived and humiliated everyone. There was absolutely no transparent communication. All along, they kept repeating that everything was fine and that we had at least five secure years ahead of us at the company. Then, out of the blue, they announced that they were shutting down the entire Hungarian site and that it was over. Everyone was told to start looking for a new job as soon as possible, as if finding a job were that easy these days.…on team meetings other collegaues who will stay just laughed and were like nothing happened….
