Valuable Learning Experience Amid Structural Challenges

During my internship, I had the opportunity to enhance control systems and take on additional responsibilities in the administration department. This experience allowed me to develop my problem-solving skills, improve operational workflows, and contribute to efficiency improvements. Additionally, during COVID-19, the company provided medical aid and transportation to interns, demonstrating a level of support for employees during a challenging period.
Cons
However, while the role provided valuable learning experiences, the workload was high, and compensation did not fully reflect the level of responsibility given. Morever, there were structural gaps in the organization that did not facilitate problem-solving strategies for operational efficiency.
