Company on the verge of bankruptcy. Oldest employee has 1 year in the company...people get fired, laid off on a monthly basis since the owner and his wife has no clue on how to run a company. You start with a job description and end up with a totally different one! Working hours: 35h/week at the interview which will transform to a 50 hours few weeks later + available online during the night since most of their business are in China. Absolutely no fun at the office; nobody talks, staff just trying to figure out which employee will leave next. No career opportunities in this small co.
