Pros

Fancy 35000 sq foot office for 60 people. Ridiculous right?

Cons

CEO, VP's brought in by the CEO in 2016 absolutely destroyed this company.

Death of the Agility Star

Pros

Agility was created by a brilliant idea to turn someone else’s discards into treasure for many others with the purpose of doing good. It was built by intelligent, dedicated, emotionally invested “heroes” who grew the company with fervor to ultimately be the leader of the recovery industry. Those employees accomplished their mission and created an investor’s dream: a sound business model in great financial condition filled with committed, motivated employees to take it even further. The company wasn’t perfect, but employees were valued, the benefits were superior given it’s size and the culture was strong and charged.

Cons

Unforeseeable circumstances took away much of the nucleus of the business and outsiders took over - playing the role of gravity ripping apart the company just as a black hole swallows a star. Operating with calculated precision you’d expect of a typical PE firm, the new regime makes decisions in near complete darkness. The lack of communication and callous choices speak to their arrogant motives. Much as in the life of a star, gravity ultimately “wins.” Agility as it was known is all but dead. You might as well change the name and create a new place on Glassdoor so the reviews of the new order will be unadulterated.

Failing Company, Bleeding employees

Pros

Some good people. Good location downtown

Cons

Horrible management. We have no direction anywhere, the pay is borderline minimum wage. They are also selling products they do not have, it is fraud. the New CEO and VP are only concerned with flipping the company for a paycheck. They are looking for people who are yes men, they don't have time for smart people who actually want to help. The company is failing, the product is out dated and there is no going back for them. Also VP is one of the worst I have ever scene

Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your concerns. We believe in listening to our employees, and I hope that you have also expressed the points you raise here in one of our many internal platforms whether that is through semiannual CEO roundtables, monthly All Hands Meeting Q&A sessions, and weekly anonymous engagement surveys. We want to give you a variety of avenues to make suggestions on how we can constantly improve as a company and we truly value employee input. To address a few of your concerns: - The SDR pay is quite competitive for the Denver market with a healthy base salary that equates to approximately $40K annually and on target earnings ranging from $20K in commission for average performance and $40K+ for top performance. The great thing is, like any sales job, your activity and performance ultimately determines your pay. We also evaluate the compensation of all of our job groups at a minimum on a yearly basis to ensure that we offer fair and competitive wages. - We are very proud of the products and services that we provide. We are reliably recovering customers' disasters every day; allowing our customers to continue to serve their customers, their employees, and their communities. - Our turnover rate for employees is higher than goal, but it is consistent with other talent competitors in the bustling Denver job market. With unprecedented low unemployment, this is a challenge that most Denver companies are dealing with - but it's a challenge we gladly tackle every day and are happy to be in such a thriving city! - We are continuing to grow through every conceivable metric - year over year revenue growth, year over year customer growth, and year over year growth in the number of people we employ. We have experienced a lot of exciting changes recently with new Senior leadership and the acquisition of two companies in the last 6 months, and we are looking forward to a great year!
