Super toxic managers that will gaslight you, yell at you, insult you, swear at you without any filters at all. You will never win with them because they have a lot of power in the company. They set you up for failure and then blame your competency, and they are not afraid to insult you in front of everyone else. Many people in the team has fell sick due to overwork, exhaustion, and extreme stress. You're expected to overtime almost everyday and respond to their spam during non-work hours and weekends. Will probably need therapy for a long time after leaving this company.

Low to average pay depend on position/rank. Something wrong with the PMO, high turnover resulting projects handled by inexperienced PM that can’t manage client expectations and resources limitation, resulting scope creep or unnecessary OT. Chinxman culture starting to creep in, depending on which team you are, the KPI is getting ridiculous. Overall high turnover rate due to reasons above and can only be able to hire interns/juniors as they can’t offer the industry rates. Free snacks are just for hoarders. Facilities are poor, only 3 out of 8 lifts can be used by staffs=long waiting time, limited food choices, no resting area in office, no one using game area as it’s in the middle of open office, pest issues, hideous toilets.
