Pros
- 21 days leave - Friendly and helpful colleagues, open to communicate and help each others (mostly had left) - Flexible work hours with hybrid options
Cons
- Once a good and heatlhy work environment with great people, but after a series of events that happened, a lot of capable people left, the company has gradually becoming worst. - Incapable leadership that blindly follow trends, fails to prioritize the most critical issues in the company - Due to bad management decisions, causing panick to all staffs in the company, worrying about the company's future and own livelihoods - Management bias toward people-pleasing behaviors over constructive challenge, which made it difficult for high-performing team members who raised hard but important truths to thrive and got rid by management in the end - Managment threaten to delay bonus indefinitely due to issues with project, but in fact its management poor decision in handling money that causes all issues to happen. While management presented the payments as discretionary goodwill, when in fact it was actually earned entitlements based on staff's performance and contributions to the company.
