      Pros

      The team is collaborative, and colleagues are always willing to help and share knowledge. The work is dynamic and gives opportunities to solve real-world problems for clients across different industries. Management is approachable, and there is a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. It’s a great place for anyone interested in technology, AI solutions, and customer experience.

      Cons

      The work is fully remote for Indonesia team, so it can feel a bit quiet or boring at times, but everyone on the team is very kind and supportive.

      Cons

      - Current salary levels could be reviewed to stay competitive and in line with inflation. - Work can be demanding at times, particularly before go-live periods, occasionally requiring extra hours. This is being partly addressed as we hire additional resources.

      Pros

      Working at AiChat has been a rewarding experience, especially seeing how the team pulls together through changes. Our CEO Kester showed genuine appreciation for those who went the extra mile. What I appreciate most is the genuine care for the team. Kester is forward-thinking and really believes in what we're building and that enthusiasm is contagious. It shows in how decisions get made and how people are treated.
 I've really enjoyed working with our Southeast Asia teams. They're talented, collaborative and make coming to work enjoyable. There's a real sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. I'm optimistic about where we're headed. The product we're developing is compelling, the team dynamic is strong and there's momentum building as we start the year. It feels like a place where you can actually make an impact and grow.

      Cons

      During peak periods last year, managing multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines was demanding. However, I'm pleased to see that the company has already addressed clearer project prioritisation, better resource planning and defined job scopes are now in place. The fast-paced environment remains energising and these improvements make the workload much more sustainable.
 The leadership team's responsiveness to feedback is evident in how quickly they've made these operational adjustments.
