- For most teams the work load is high - Some employees doing almost nothing and still getting paid - Huge company with a lot of politics - No Increments and bonuses (Nothing to worth mentioning at least) - A lot of decisions taken without proper analysis and preparation, so no efficiency - Management have no clear direction or strategy, all of the higher management are non tech people trying to extract any profit from a tech product without any qualification for their roles.

Direct report is toxic and glorifies after hours working and is openly hostile in nature. Creates animosity and harasses with harsh treatment and does emphasize on team work.
