Pros
Always Busy. There is always work to be done. They do provide training for the technicians, and they do concentrate on having new employees shadow the people who have been there for awhile. Company vehicle with gas card for techs and install crew. Union Shop.
Cons
Obviously there are always problems in construction, with communication between the field and the office staff.
