The company was founded and owned by a Quebec aviation entrepreneur who was very customer-focused and looked after the well-being of the employees. The company was later sold to French-based Reactis Group who subsequently altered the overall company culture and corporate direction. This included a high turnover of French leadership being brought in to manage the company from the Montreal office.
