Pros

Benefits are good in terms of medical claims and meal allowance.

Cons

Having to work during hospitalisation leave and maternity leave. Management has no empathy and contingency backup plan for staffs who are on Hospitalisation and maternity leave.

The welfare of our employees is of the utmost importance, and we would never encourage or insist an employee work during hospitalization or maternity leave. The only situation this would happen is if the employee requested to do so, and had permission from their doctor. - Good colleagues - Decent office location

Cons

- Terrible planning, hire people without having a proper plan. Effectively setting them up to fail - Dont value people but see them as numbers. If you looking for an environment to grow, avoid at all cost.
