Cons
Daily threats of termination from the Egyptian branch manager over the course of six years. The management was unstable and changed frequently, which created a lack of clear direction and job security. There was no real appreciation or loyalty toward long-serving employees, especially Saudi employees. After almost ten years of service, we were terminated, while another branch continued operating despite having employees who were frequently absent or on sick leave. The work environment was stressful, unstable, and lacked proper protection for employees from branch-level abuse of authority.
