      Worst work experience...EVER!

      Pros

      The hours and pay were acceptable. It was close to home so the commute was good. They had decent healthcare and retirement benefits that kicked in shortly after starting work there.

      Cons

      The people are very snobbish and backstabbing. Very negative work environment. Very cliquish. No team work. No support from management or Human Resources. People always looking over their shoulder afraid of losing their job.

      Pros

      I really liked all the people I worked with. They really tried hard to make the company successful but....

      Cons

      How can so much go wrong so quickly? It was chaos all the time. From missing parts to losing complete axles. Management seems to be fling by the seat of their pants. They dont really know how to run a business. Policies and procedures are composed but never followed.
