      The team really works hard for their clients. They try and think outside the box and in advance to see what would best benefit their clients!

      I think some of the team can work on how their communication may be perceived over slack messages.

      Pros

      ALAB is such a refreshing experience to the typical PR agency dynamic. The team is encouraged to be innovative, thoughtful and creative. The culture is extremely collaborative both internally and externally. We get to be focused on our clients because the consultancy believes in maintaining a very boutique white glove approach. The clients are really inspiring as they represent a subset of industry change makers.
