      - great teamwork with open and honest communication (never felt like I couldn't talk about things) - Young dynamic team: everyone is very nice and never tiring of answering questions - good feedback culture - goal and impact oriented

      - high pace and very dynamic as growing start-ups are - you have to like that (I do ;)
