      Friendly and supportive work environment. Seniors are approachable and always willing to help. Good work-life balance with work-from-home flexibility. Non-toxic culture and team collaboration is great.

      There are no major concerns at the moment. As the company continues to grow, there may be opportunities to further streamline processes and enhance scalability.

      Hardworking peer group that tend to look out for each other.

      Cons

      Leadership need to have a course on self awareness. In short, they micromanage without calling it that and tend to believe they have soft Skills and communication abilities. They dont, and if you embody their style of control than you get far.
