Pros
The only positive thing is simply having a job in Egypt’s extremely difficult economic environment. At least it provides some stability and income in tough times.
Cons
Very long working hours (usually from 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM). Only one day off per week (Friday) instead of two. Extremely high work pressure that feels like slavery or forced labor. No consideration or accommodations for people with disabilities or special needs. Great difficulty and exhaustion when trying to take sick leave. Authoritarian and tyrannical management style with very little respect for employees.
