      Pros

      Environment was fun and casual. Everyone does their best to accomplish results and satisfy the clients. People were friendly and cooperative.

      Cons

      Work is stagnant and sometimes the overtime and workload is suffocating. Felt like more creativity can be induced into the projects and not accomodate to the clients' every needs.
