Very unethical. They will fire you just like that and they will not even be able give you a proper reason for firing you. They will lie to you on your face regarding your job role and bonus payments. No concerns for the employees or their growth or concerns.Very shady people and arrogant management. The HR team is the worst. It is a pack of sycophants led by a cocky conceited bigot having no knowledge or experience or skill in HR or the so called "people functions".

Unreliable, low pay, mistrust, lack of straightforwardness, false promises. Senior Management only cares about squeezing every penny out of their employees until they quit or rise up, in which case you will be fired. They claim to have implemented a meritocratic system but it only applies if you give up your belief system. They actually believe Alien is a corporation that is booming and candidates are queueing up to join them, when it's just another sinking ship. It's just a nightmare dressed as the american dream. Annual leave days are fixed and the bonus structure is ran by an algorithm that changes every 2 months.
