Pros
The job is very secure. A lot of opportunity for overtime (paid x2 on weekends and 1.5 on weekday evenings). People on the same level get along well with each other.
Cons
Loyalty is not valued at this company. They keep your salary low then offer an external hire 20% more than what you're earning while having the same job description and expectations as you. Meanwhile you will never catch up to them as yearly pay increases are pathetic. They expect you to do important work then s--t on your back and make you feel like it's your fault. Company keeps pouring money on the failing product (Mosaiq) while neglecting the profitable side (ALBA), all while the executive team acts like everything is fine.
