Long hours, no benefits, and poor management. They don't hire enough people and we are always understaffed. There are multiple locations and not everyone is cross-trained the same way.

The owners are horrible people. The worst people I’ve ever worked for. They bill insurance without getting approval from the patient when they come in expecting to pay cash. They will notify a patient’s insurance company and charge a patient’s PIP when the accident was not their fault and they do not want their insurance notified, raising their insurance rates, instead of just waiting for the third-party payments or LOP to come through. And they treat their employees and staff god awful, constantly verbally assaulting them with screaming and threats. They have no clue how to interact with people in a positive way.
