      Pros

      -if you’re looking for slow pace I guess there’s that? -flexible, easy going pace -some genuinely lovely people

      Cons

      -lack of professionalism for example managers yelling at team members in front of whole office -not looking to improve / streamline processes -if you’re looking for high performance, energising pace I wouldn’t say this is it -

      Most of the staff are awsome

      Cons

      Unsupported, in ethical, unorganised management. Late payment of invoices. No HR department, so no help with your basic employee rights.
