Caution on not knowing how these folks treat outsiders

Cons

Upper management was self centered and not focused on the reality of how the employees day to day life was. Former employees of the 3 companies ( non DCI) were treated terrible or fired. Many Executive Level employees all the way down to the Directors and some general employees are in an "Old Boys Club". You are treated as guilty when negative customer feedback happens instead of Innocent until proven guilty.

Co-workers and the availability to be able to work from home.

Cons

They choose to stand behind someone who is a poor manager and has bad micromanagement skills, rather than stand behind someone who is a true leader and someone who can be looked up to and allows you to grow.

Outstanding Workplace Environment with Exceptional Leadership and Opportunities to Grow. Co-workers work very well together as a cohesive team, and Leadership promotes a very healthy work-life balance while also allowing us to dive headfirst as much as we want to be able to learn.
