They have no problem replacing good employees but keeping their useless management there. Lack of integrity or leadership. Lack of respect for employees. Lack of accountability for mistakes. Takes advantage of older clients. Sell, sell, sell instead of what’s best for their clients. You will NOT GROW HERE.
