Pros

Small business with experienced professionals to learn from with many having over 20 years of experience in their fields. Paid company training to keep your skills sharp is encouraged. Allcomm has many clients from large to small that enable you to learn new technologies rapidly. While at Allcomm I have obtained several certifications in ShoreTel/Mitel, Citrix and VMWare. My coworkers in the low voltage side of the business have obtained their BISCI certifications and others in information technology have obtained ShoreTel/Mitel, SolarWinds and Business Continuity certifications. Customers are treated well. Management wishes to keep customers happy for the long haul and not take advantage of them which I can't say for other managed service providers (MSPs) I've worked for. Management is flexible when it comes to adjusting the schedule for you. Should you have a doctor's appointment or just need to leave for a personal reason.

Cons

Some travel is required but a company vehicle is provided along with full insurance, fuel and maintenance covered by the company.
