Pros
No micromanaging as long as you work hard and stay on task. Unlike many other lenders/banks. They aren't scrutinizing every call you make or line you say. I was able to WFH but that was during the pandemic. They had some incredible processors and overall good people to work for in my opinion.
Cons
The same as anywhere mostly.
