No Micromanaging- WFH - Mortgage Loan Officer Allied First Bancorp Employee Review

No micromanaging as long as you work hard and stay on task. Unlike many other lenders/banks. They aren't scrutinizing every call you make or line you say. I was able to WFH but that was during the pandemic. They had some incredible processors and overall good people to work for in my opinion.
